We can help clarify the address with the recipient and arrange delivery. For a surprise, agree with your florist what can be shared with the recipient.

Yes. Choose a bouquet online and provide your contact details, the recipient’s contact and the Bangkok delivery address. Pay using an available payment method; your florist can help coordinate the order remotely.
Contact your florist before checkout. A hotel or condominium name can help us identify the location, but we need the full delivery details and a way to contact the recipient before dispatch.
RUB transfers via SBP / T-Bank, THB transfers via PromptPay / SCB and USDT on TRC20 are available. Your private payment page shows the exact amount and details. PayPal checkout is available in USD or EUR; card options depend on PayPal and your eligibility.
Choose an available two-hour window between 09:00 and 23:00, Bangkok time, today or up to 13 days ahead. A window closes as soon as it starts: at 09:00, 09:00–11:00 is unavailable. For urgent delivery, contact your florist before paying to confirm preparation time.
Delivery is free throughout Bangkok: 0 THB, with no delivery charge added at checkout. This storefront does not accept deliveries outside Bangkok.
Natural shades and flower opening can vary slightly. Changes to the agreed variety, colour, quantity or arrangement require your approval. If you do not accept a proposed replacement, contact your florist to agree another option or cancellation.
Contact your florist as soon as possible and give your order number. Changes depend on preparation and delivery progress. Refund and cancellation conditions are described on the Order terms page; your florist will confirm the applicable amount and timing.
Open your private order page and report the transfer. The order will await verification until your florist checks the funds received. Keep your receipt and do not transfer again just because confirmation is pending.
