Bouquets, payments and service

The site accepts bouquet orders for delivery in Bangkok. Checkout creates an order but does not confirm receipt of payment. Agreed order terms and mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
Ordering and confirmation
Choose a bouquet and provide delivery details. The bouquet and total are shown at checkout, and instructions for the selected payment method appear on your private payment page. Confirm urgent delivery or special requests with your florist before paying. Keep the confirmation and order number. An automated acknowledgement does not confirm availability or receipt of payment.
Prices and payments
Agree the final amount and currency before transferring. The interface provides for RUB and THB bank transfers and USDT TRC20. PayPal checkout is available in USD or EUR. Visa/Mastercard eligibility is determined by PayPal for each payer. Your bank or network may charge a separate fee: check with that provider. Reporting a transfer does not confirm receipt of funds.
Delivery
Delivery is to an agreed Bangkok address. The form offers two-hour windows between 09:00 and 23:00 and dates up to 13 days ahead, Bangkok time. Past dates and windows that have already started are unavailable. The florist confirms urgent delivery availability. Delivery is free throughout Bangkok: the delivery charge is 0 THB and does not increase the order total. Orders outside Bangkok are not offered through this storefront. If the recipient or building access is unavailable, we contact the customer. We agree the next steps and any repeat delivery time with the customer.
Flowers and substitutions
Natural flowers may vary slightly in shade and opening from a photograph. Material changes to variety, colour, quantity or design require agreement. If flowers are unavailable, we propose an equivalent alternative without reducing the agreed value or quality. Without agreement we arrange another option, rescheduling or cancellation and a refund for the unfulfilled part instead of silently substituting.
Cancellation and refunds
Contact us promptly with the order number. Before procurement and preparation begin, payments received are refundable in full. Once work starts, any deduction is limited to evidenced actual costs and only where permitted by applicable law; the calculation is provided to the customer. If we cannot fulfil an order, we offer agreed rescheduling or a refund for the unfulfilled part. Perishability does not remove rights concerning defective goods.
Problems with a bouquet
Report damage, defects or a mismatch with your order number, description and photographs if possible, promptly after discovery. This request does not shorten legal claim periods or remove statutory rights. Depending on the issue and applicable law, we arrange replacement, correction, a price reduction or a refund. Refunds go to the original payer through an agreed secure method; the amount, currency and timing are confirmed in writing within any mandatory legal deadlines.
